Relation between Life and stress.

Stress means the pressure and tension which we feel during our routine work. There are lots of hassles and frustration in human's life. It creates stress and make bad effects on our body and mind. So do not let yourself overwhelm with work and other activities. Stress is a physical response which makes us feel threatened. At that time lots of thoughts and fear comes in. It unbalance us and we feel demotivated.
